This project involved renovating the master bedroom, bath, and entrance hall. The objective was to take the client’s requirements for his ultimate dream bathroom and make it reality. From a large-scale vision to the tiniest detail, by creating a new layout better functionality was achieved.

NATIONAL AWARD WINNER

This project was a full renovation of the main and second floor. It involved modernizing a 1980′s two-storey house. A kitchen configuration was essential for my clients. A new colour palette and modern furnishings helped transform this 1980′s residence into a light, open and comfortable home for the family. The objective was to open and expand the kitchen area, and create better traffic flow throughout the kitchen and adjacent rooms.

Vellore Woods Residence

Media room

The Vellore Woods project involved renovation of an unfinished basement which included a movie room. The objective was to create the perfect getaway and gathering for family and friends that is both pratical and luxurious. Comfortable seating was crucial. The room was entirely insulated for sound, including walls, floor and ceiling.

Don Mills Residence

The Don Mills project was a full gut and re-design of a 1950′s bungalow. It involved re-design, repair, and modernizing the small dark house while maintaining the old charm of the original building. To accomplish this, we kept the facade and envelope of the existing structure and re-designed a more efficient floor plan. The objective was to create a better functional layout of the kitchen by keeping the scale in relation with the rest of the house, and open up the main floor of the house. and raise the ceiling. The solution was to remove walls and relocate openings. Raise the ceiling by creating a pitch to the existing roof line. Relocate the stairs to create an open plan and maximize the available space.

Toronto Residence

This project was a full remodeling of the main floor and lower level. It involved re-design and modernizing a 1950′s bungalow. The objective was to create a better functioning open concept floor plan. The key was to open and enlarge the space without changing the footprint of the house.
