The objective was to create the perfect getaway and gathering for family and friends that is both pratical and luxurious. Comfortable seating was crucial. The room was entirely insulated for sound, including walls, floor and ceiling.

National Award Winner Niagara on the Lake Estate involved renovating, redesigning, repairing and modernizing a 1999 colonial home. We wanted to maintain the building’s traditional feel, but also infuse modern elements, so the house would be more livable and reflective of my client’s personality.
